The content I received is not good/did not follow the brief. What should I do?

We evaluate the quality of the content against the creative brief that was given to the creators. If you don't like the creative assets, we help to formulate what needs to be fixed.

You can request up to 3 revisions from creators via the chat. These revisions should always be in line with the requirements set out in the original brief.

When requesting revisions, you should:

• Explain in clear, simple language what the creator needs to change

• Be as detailed as possible

• Attach visual examples if they apply

• Keep all communication in the chat

If after 3 revisions the content still not did not meet your requirements, you can request to cancel the collaboration.

Our team will review your request and approve it within 24 hours, or contact you for additional information if necessary.
