One of the creators I hired is unresponsive. What should I do?

While we are constantly reviewing collaborations and sending reminders to creators, at times they may become unresponsive.


Report Unresponsive Creators

Should a Creator go silent for 3 business days after being hired, you'll notice a new button appear in your chat titled "Report Unresponsive Creator"



Clicking this button activates our system to automatically send a series of emails and push notifications. These are sent daily for up to 4 business days, urging the Creator to re-engage in the conversation promptly.

If these attempts are disregarded, the Creator's account may be temporarily suspended until they resume communication with you. Despite the suspension, they'll still have access to your campaign messages.


What if the silence persists?

Once you report an Unresponsive Creator, prompt action is expected. If there's no improvement, don't hesitate to reach out to our Support Team. Our team will contact the creator and ask them to respond as soon as possible. If we are unable to get a response from the creator, then you will have the option to cancel the collaboration.
