One of the creators I hired is unresponsive. What should I do?

While we are constantly reviewing collaborations and sending reminders to creators, at times they may become unresponsive.
If a creator has not responded after you have tried to contact them in the campaign, then you can reach out to us via the chat with the creator’s handle and the campaign name.
Our team will contact the creator and ask them to respond as soon as possible. If we are unable to get a response from the creator, then you will have the option to cancel the collaboration.
