How should I manage Product Delivery for my collaborations?


When setting up your campaign, you will have the option to select how creators will receive the product.

The options are:

  • Not required: No physical product delivery required

  • Shipment: The brand ships the product directly to the creator’s address

  • Reimbursement: The brand reimburses the creator’s purchase of the product

With reimbursement campaigns, you should send the direct link to the product, so the creator can purchase the product and track the shipment themselves. You can then reimburse them via the chat. Here's a full guide on how to do it: Easy Reimbursements to Creators

For campaigns which require direct Shipment of the product to the creators, we have a few suggestions;

  • While the creator’s address will become available to you once you have hired them, it is a good idea to double-check with them that nothing has changed before sending the product.

  • Let the creators know once the product has been shipped. This will remove any uncertainty on the creator’s end.

  • Send the shipment tracking link to the creator via the chat. This way they can keep an eye on the shipment and let you know if there are any issues.
