How can I download my invoices?
Simple steps to download your invoices from the platform
Overview
Currently, invoices are not available for download directly from the platform.
Invoices for subscription payments will be automatically sent to the email address used to sign up to the platform.
For top up transactions, a receipt will automatically be sent to the email address used to sign up to the platform.
Note: If you do not see the invoices or receipts in your email inbox, please check your spam folder.
