My campaign has been in moderation for longer than 24 hours, what should I do?
Answer
While we endeavor to review and launch briefs within 24 hours after being submitted, sometimes increased demand can lead to delays.
If more than 24 hours have passed since you submitted your brief, contact us by chat and our team will check on your brief as a priority. If there are no adjustments required, the brief will be launched as soon as possible.
