What if I can’t see the Creator’s page on my Ads manager?

Overview

First, please check to ensure that you do have admin access to the account, otherwise you will not be able to move forward with the campaign.

To do this, the account administrator can follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to business.facebook.com and log in. If you have multiple Meta Business accounts, select the relevant one from the dropdown menu in the top left.

Then select “Ads Manager”.

Step 2. On your Ads Manager page, select “All tools” (the three dashes in the top left corner).

Step 3. On the menu that opens on the left, select “Business Settings”.

Step 4. On the left menu, the admin should choose Accounts - Pages and then select the Creator's page.

After the admin selects the Creator's page, click on Add People.

Step 5. Choose the manager that the account will be shared with.

Step 6. Once you’ve searched for the name of the manager you want to add to the account, select their name with a tick.

Then grant them the relevant permissions (i.e. “Create ads” and “view page performance”).

Then press “assign”.

Step 7. A pop-up will appear to confirm that they were successfully added. Then press “done”.

Step 8. When you go to Accounts - Pages and select the Creator’s page, you will now see the name you just added.

After an admin completes these steps, you will then be able to create a Facebook Ad on behalf of the Creator's account.
