How to request Partnership Ads connections via Creator Ads Hub

What are Partnership Ads?

This is the best way to request Partnership ads connections when you have relations with influencers outside of Insense or want to send requests in bulk.

You can request Partnership Ads connection to any eligible Instagram influencers outside of campaigns running on Insense or even from creators not registered with Insense (outside of Insense’s vetted network of creators).

You go to the Creator Ads Hub tab on the left sidebar. You will see all statuses per requested Partnership Ads connections for different brand accounts, for how long the license is active, or when the request has been submitted. Also, you would be able to see all active campaigns, revoke connection, or request re-connection viaicon. You can add or delete creators from the Creator List and view their Profiles on Insense.

The toggle “vetted” helps to navigate between creators who are vetted on Insense and those accounts that are not a part of Insense (so you can’t communicate with those creators on Insense yet).

To establish a Partnership Ads connection, hit the Request connection button.

You will see a pop-up window that notifies you that if you have agreements with influencers regarding content usage and Partnership Ads license outside of Insense, you are responsible for managing this.

Insense acts only as a technician connector to request Partnership Ads on behalf of an authorized Brand Instagram Account. Before sending the request, make sure that the Instagram accounts (both brands’ & creators) are eligible for Partnership Ads.

You can skip this notification by clicking on “Don’t show this again”.

You will see the Request connection screen, where you need to authorize with a Facebook profile. Make sure this Facebook profile has all the necessary permissions for the brand’s Facebook Business Manager and that the brand's Instagram account is connected to this Facebook Business Manager and the Facebook Business Page.

Once authorized to a Facebook profile, you will see all the Brand Instagram accounts connected to the Facebook Business Manager. Select a Brand Instagram account for which you want to request connections.

You will see two options for requesting connections:

1) From my list: It will show all Creator Lists you created on Insense and how many requests can be sent. This is the easiest way to send a bulk request to 10+ influencers.

2) By username:

This is a more granular way, allowing you to send up to 10 requests to specific creators. Just enter their Instagram usernames (handles) without @.
P.S. No, we don’t have Kim or Yungblud on Insense

P.S.S. Yes, you can request Partnership Ads from Kim, Yungblud, or any eligible Instagram user.

You will see how many requests you send. You can always buy more licenses if you reach the limit.

Once you send requests, they will process for a few minutes and then appear in your Partnership Ads Hub dashboard. If there are too many requests (over 10+) from creators who are not yet part of Insense, it takes time to add them to our database. Don’t worry, just refresh the screen in a few minutes.

Also, some creators might approve or decline the Partnership Ads connection immediately. However, due to Meta’s API limitations, we update the status once per hour.

Once creators take an action, you will see the following statuses:

  • Active: Your ad partner accepted your request to run partnership ads together.
  • Request sent: You sent an ad partnership request and it is still pending.
  • Declined: The partner declined your ad partnership request.
  • Inactive: The ad partnership was revoked.
  • Expired: The permission request was sent and has since expired.
  • Invalid: Umbrella term for other permission issues.
  • Unknown: The permission state couldn't be updated.
