- What if I don't have Owner Access to the TikTok Shop? (or I am an agency who represents the brand)
You can send a link to the user with Owner Access, so they install the App and get back to Creative Brief on Insense to proceed & select authorized App - Can I launch campaigns for different TikTok Shops within one Insense account?
Yes, you can authorize the connection in multiple shops.
Connecting the TTS App | I have Owner access to the account.
Select "Conversions & Sales" under Campaign Goal, and on the “TikTok Shop” option, click on "Authorize your TikTok Shop"
Complete the authorization process on TT Seller Center
Once done, your TTS will be connected, and you may set up the campaign.
Connecting the TTS App | I do not have Owner access to the account.
Select "Conversions & Sales" under Campaign Goal, and “TikTok Shop” as the Strategy.
Continue to create the brief until you see the button "Select a Product from TikTok Shop" - Click on it
Next, click on "Copy a link to Authorize a Shop" and send it to the owner of the TTS account you're looking to connect.
The owner will then go through the authorization process in TT Seller Center.
Once this process is complete, the TTS should be connected within the Insense brief.
