Overview
When your campaign calls for more applicants, that may go beyond Insense's vetted creators, you can easily set up an Outreach email sequence, to reach talents that are still not part of our marketplace, in just 5 easy steps!
Here's a detailed Loom recording, showing all the steps to launch a new mass email outreach for your campaign:
Insense: Mass Email Outreach to Influencers
Step 1: While on the campaign dashboard, go to "Outreach Insights" and click on "Launch Outreach"
Step 2: Adjust the emails template and settings - IF needed.
Most of the hard work is done on our end, to facilitate the outreach. A series of emails will be pre-filled based on your campaign strategy, and you may adjust it as needed, select a different template, or create your own.
Step 3: Select a creator list to outreach to, or leave it to our AI.
The next step is to select a list of creators, that are not vetted by Insense - meaning, they are not part of our app yet, to outreach to.
Using AI, we've preselected thousands of creators that match the criteria for your campaign, and can be a good fit.

Step 4: Select the sender email - connect a Gmail account for mass emailing
Here, you'll be selecting the email to be the "Sender" of your outreach communications. Click on "Add Gmail account" to connect your Gmail.
Make sure to use a "warmed" email account for mass outreach, to avoid possible spam issues - learn more about it here:
Step 5: Review your email sequence, and launch outreach
Clicking on the icon highlighted will show you a preview of your outreach sequence. Make any final adjustments as needed.
Additionally, you can change the "Sender" name, the email timezone, and save the current workflow as a new template, by clicking on the "3 dots" button
Once ready, hit "Launch Outreach" to finalize the process 🚀
