Checking your current plan, add-ons and payment methods
Click on the wallet icon in the top right corner. This will take you to the user portal, which has all the information regarding your active subscription and details for each add-on you have available and its usage:
Under Plan Details, you can find:
- Your plan name
- Price
- Renew date
- Breakdown of charges
- Option to Pause and Cancel your plan
Under Add-ons, you can find:
- Number of brand slots available
- Number of user seats available
- Number of Whitelisting licenses available
- Options to manage and add more on each of the above
Under Balance, you can see the total value you have on your account at the moment, and an option to top up.
Lastly, under Payment method, you can find:
- The card you have on file for your subscription payment
- The card you have on file for topping up your balance
- Options to edit each card
- Your transactions history
