Checking my plan and add-ons

If you are looking for information on what your current subscription is and what your current plan includes, this information is just two clicks away!

Checking your current plan

First, click on the wallet icon in the top right corner:

This will take you to the user portal, which has all the information regarding your active subscription and details for each add-on you have available and its usage:

Under Plan Details, you can find: 

• Your plan name 
• Price
• Renew date

If you are looking to get more information on other plans, you can click on "change plan" to see our billing page, where you'd be able to change plans if you decide to.

Managing your add-ons

Here, you can also see and manage all your add-ons:

1. Brands

This will display the number of active brands being used at the moment. You can use the "add more" button to automatically purchase as many more as you need, or you can click on "manage" to be redirected to the "Brands" page and be able to add/remove brands or change the active one you are currently using:

2. User Seats

This will display the number of user seats being used at the moment. You can use the "add more" button to automatically purchase as many more as you need, or you can click on "manage" to be redirected to the "Settings" page and be able to add/remove team members from your account or purchase additional seats if needed:

3. Whitelisting Licenses

This will display the number of whitelisting licenses being used at the moment. You can use the "add more" button to automatically purchase as many more as you need, or you can click on "manage" to be redirected to the "Licenses" page and be able to manage these connections or purchase additional licenses if needed:

Buying Add-ons

Please note that when purchasing any add-on, the platform will automatically calculate the amount to pay based on the current usage of your plan so that it will prorate the amount, and you only pay based on the remaining days of your plan.

At the same time, please take into account that purchasing add-ons will increase the cost of your next subscription renewal, as the add-ons will be included on the new fee as well.
