We’ve made it easier for you to stay in control of how you pay. You can now manage your payment methods directly from the platform, whether it’s for subscription payments or topping up your balance.
Click the wallet icon on the platform to head to your 'Billing' page.
Once there, under Payment method, you’ll see your saved cards, split into two sections:
- "Subscription & add-ons" payments,
- "Balance top-ups" payments.
To change the card used for each transaction, delete, or add a new one, click on the "Edit" button.
A new window will pop up, with all your saved cards. Chose the one you'd like to use, or click on "Add new payment method" to add a new card.
You can click on the "trash" icon, on the right of each card, to remove it from your account, as long as it's not the default card in use.
