If you plan to run multiple email outreach campaigns or you run such campaigns in parallel with Insense, we highly recommend you to build a dedicated email outreach setup.

Email providers have limitation on number of emails you can send from one email (i.e. Google has up to 1,500 emails per day for one account, not domain). Also, email receivers can mark emails with spam if it is not tailored to them that can impact on your domain.

We recommend creating a couple of email domains and a few emails in each to be able to send 1,000s or even 100,000s emails each month. Domains might look like:

{accountname}@influencers{brandname}.com
{accountname}@influencers{brandname}.influencers
 
You have two main variables in domains: domain name and domain suffix. 

Regarding the account names - try to make it with real person from your team, not outreach@brand.com

  • Accounts & Sending Limits:

    • Use 1-10 domains with 2 email accounts per domain (total of 1-20 email accounts).

    • Each account sends 40 emails/day, resulting in 800 cold emails per day across all accounts.

    • This setup ensures volume while reducing the risk of being flagged for spam.

2. Warming Emails with ColdSire (buy the Google domains here for ~$100) 

Warm-up Process:

  • Connect your email accounts (including Smartlead accounts) to ColdSire.

  • Warm up the emails for 2 weeks before starting your email outreach.

  • Begin by sending 5 emails/day per account in the first week, increasing to 10 emails/day in the second week and 15 emails/day in the third week.


Goal: Avoid being flagged as spam by gradually increasing email volume.
