Email templates for creator outreach in Product Seeding campaigns
How to use the templates?
- Create a new email sequence in the Outreach Tool;
- Copy the content from this template (Right click on selected text - "Copy" or Cmd+C / Ctrl+C);
- Paste with same style in the outreach tool text editor (Right click - "Paste with Same Style" or Cmd+Shift+V / Ctrl+Shift+V)
- Readjust the variables (Highlight the variable text - select the correct variable from the options menu)
Recommended Timing for a Five-Email Sequence
- Email 1 - Initial Outreach
- Send on Day 1
- Send on Day 1
- Email 2 - Gentle Reminder
- Send on Day 3 (2 days after the initial email)
- Purpose: A friendly, quick follow-up to remind the creator of the opportunity if the first email was overlooked.
- Email 3 - Light Nudge
- Send on Day 7 (4 days after the second email)
- Purpose: Gives the creator time to consider the opportunity while keeping it top-of-mind without being too frequent.
- Email 4 - Final Call
- Send on Day 10 (3 days after the third email)
- Purpose: Adds a subtle sense of urgency, signaling the end of the invitation period. This is a clear call to take action before the opportunity closes.
- Email 5 - Closing Note
- Send on Day 15 (5 days after the fourth email)
- Purpose: A final, courteous message to wrap up the sequence. This email offers one last opportunity to apply while expressing appreciation for their consideration. You might also invite them to stay in touch for future campaigns, fostering goodwill and open communication.
