If you ever need to, you can "Pause" your subscription for up to 90 days, and resume your plan after this period, or sooner, according to your needs.
Subscriptions can be paused for up to 90 days every 365 days. Pausing is only available for quarterly or annual subscription plans.
What happens when you "Pause" your plan?
- We'll not charge you for your subscription renewal;
- You'll not be able to launch new campaigns, hire creators or access the marketplace;
- Any active campaigns will be automatically closed after 14 days;
- You can resume your plan at any given moment.
How to "Pause" your plan?
1 - Click on the wallet icon, and then on "Pause my plan"
2 - Next, choose the duration of the pause, and click on "Pause subscription" to confirm
3 - Your subscription will be paused, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
4 - On this same page you can check for how long your pause will last, under your current subscription pricing
How to resume my plan?
To resume your plan, simply click on the wallet icon, then on "Resume my plan"
