How to find help when Creators are not responding in the chat
When collaborating on campaigns, occasional delays in Creator responses can occur. Rest assured, we've crafted a solution to keep things moving smoothly and ensure your projects stay on track.
Introducing: Reporting Unresponsive Creators
Should a Creator go silent for 3 business days after being hired, you'll notice a new button appear in your chat titled "Report Unresponsive Creator"
Clicking this button activates our system to automatically send a series of emails and push notifications. These are sent daily for up to 4 business days, urging the Creator to re-engage in the conversation promptly.
If these attempts are disregarded, the Creator's account may be temporarily suspended until they resume communication with you. Despite the suspension, they'll still have access to your campaign messages.
What if the silence persists?
Once you report an Unresponsive Creator, prompt action is expected. If there's no improvement, don't hesitate to reach out to our Support Team. They'll assess the situation and guide you through the next steps
