How can I cancel my subscription?

How to cancel your Insense subscription in simple steps

Trial plans 

To cancel your Trial plan, please write to us at hello@insense.pro at least 48 hours before your next renewal, and our team will help with this request.


Quarterly / Annual plans

To cancel your plan, first click on the wallet icon, then on "Cancel plan"

You'll see a prompt with details for canceling, as well as an option to "Pause" your subscription instead.

Select or enter the main reason for canceling, so we may use your feedback to improve our platform in the future, then click on "Continue".

From here, simply follow the step-by-step on screen, filling out the necessary information, until you see the confirmation that your subscription was canceled

You'll then receive an email confirming this process. Your plan will remain active until the last day of the billing cycle.

 


Reactivating / "Unpause" my subscription

You can easily reactivate your plan by clicking on the wallet icon, then on "Reactivate plan"
